Defects:

1. If you received a defective product, please notify us within 7 days of receipt by replying to your order email. Please explain the nature of the defect and attached any pictures or videos that are helpful in explaining the problem.
Any notification after the grace period will be strictly rejected.

2. Once the defect is confirmed,

  • if item cannot be repaired, we will send you a replacement. If you prefer to have refund instead of a free replacement, the refund will be in the form of a store credit.
  • If the defect can be repaired, either our team will guide you on how to repair it yourself or we will send someone to collect the product from you to get it repaired at our warehouse. No exchange or refund will be given for defects that can be repaired.

Cancellations:

We DO NOT accept cancellation after an order has been placed regardless whether parcel has been processed or shipped. Should you change your mind, you can return the product to us under the 7 days free return policy. In the event that you decide not to accept an order that has been placed and reject it during delivery, your order will not be refunded.

Warranties:

For defects covered under warranty period, please contact us via email at sales@funkycreations.com.sg

For repaired or replaced items, warranty shall continues for the remaining portion of the original warranty period.

Notwithstanding that the product is within the warranty period, this warranty shall be invalided and rendered void upon the following:

The product shows evidence of abnormal use; impact, shock; abuse, mishandling, improper installation, operation or maintenance, use of wrong electrical supply or voltage; damage caused by installation of any software, programs or applications, or use of any accessories or equipment not approved by the manufacturer; improper modification or dismantling of the product contrary to the product manual.
Warranty sticker has been damaged/removed/missing from the product or the packaging.

This warranty does not cover:

Cosmetic damage to outer surface/finishing and external parts of the product and any accessories even if packaged or sold together with the product.

In the event that the product cannot be repaired or replaced, a refund will be given to you in a form of a store credit.

Warranty Period

XIAOMI powerbank, weighing scale, purifier, wifi repeater: 12 months
REMAX powerbank (only): 6 months
Watch Winder: 12 months

All others: 30 days free return for exchange. 

All exchange/repair will be done over at our service centre.
No shipping will be provided.
